Both roles are full-time and based out of our South Portland location.
Siding Foreman / Lead Carpenter
Lead our new in-house siding crew while working alongside two skilled installers. This is a hands-on role for an experienced siding professional who can guide a project from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Lead siding, window, door, trim, soffit, and fascia installations
- Coordinate daily work, assign tasks, and keep projects moving
- Inspect workmanship and uphold CML quality standards
- Solve jobsite issues and communicate with project managers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first jobsite
What We’re Looking For
- Strong residential carpentry experience
- Previous siding installation experience
- Confidence leading and working alongside a small crew
- Ability to independently complete exterior trim and carpentry details
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to South Portland
- Comfort working outdoors, at heights, and lifting construction materials
Siding Installer / Skilled Construction Laborer
Join a dedicated three-person crew completing residential siding and exterior remodeling projects throughout Southern Maine and occasionally New Hampshire.

What You’ll Do
- Install vinyl, wood, and fiber cement siding
- Work on windows, doors, trim, flashing, soffit, and fascia
- Measure, cut, prepare, and install exterior materials
- Assist with removal, surface preparation, and exterior repairs
- Use tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean jobsite
What We’re Looking For
- Previous residential construction experience
- Siding, carpentry, or exterior remodeling experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and use common hand and power tools
- Dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to South Portland
- Comfort working outdoors, at heights, and lifting construction materials

Our crew generally meets at our South Portland location and travels together to residential jobsites throughout Southern Maine and occasionally New Hampshire. Most projects are within approximately one hour of South Portland, Maine or Strafford, New Hampshire.
